Shipping and returns

You will be able to "Track your order" via below options once the tracking information is updated by Courier provider:

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA

  • Shipping fees is Free within West Malaysia and RM5 for East Malaysia.
  • Estimated delivery time to West & East Malaysia is 5 - 7 working days.
  • Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your parcel has been shipped out.
  • Please expect delays during festive periods or sales promotion period.
  • We do not accept any order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship globally. International postage is bear by buyers.
  • Expedited International shipping will take about 15 working days, If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee shipment after it leaves our warehouse.
  • Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your parcel has been shipped out.
  • We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Any custom or import duties will be responsibility of the Recipient. It is required to be paid before parcel is released from custom office of destination country.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to advice custom duty at your country as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

This is an intimate goods or inner wear hence it’s not eligible for return policy once packaging is opened.

However, if there is any case of special defects, you may contact us for further discussion with following conditions applied :

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in it’s original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not return the goods prior to our acceptance.
  • You must notify us within 3 working days after received.

Any item not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault or mishandling or reporting receive more than 3 working days after receipt of goods will not be entertained.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email as confirmation of receipt, this is not the approval of refund.

Notice of approval or rejection of your refund or exchange of goods will be sent only after we inspected the products.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are not eligible for refund.

Exchange (if applicable)

This is an intimate goods or inner wear hence it’s not eligible for exchange policy once packaging is opened. Size changing requests of all products can only be done prior to shipment. If you wish to exchange sizes of multiple products, please send in a request for a change for all products at once.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, return address will be indicated in our acceptance email.

Cost of postage for return goods is at responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs in your original parcel are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged or returned product to reach you may vary.
